Registration

Guidelines

All participants have to Create an Account and register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions below carefully.

Each participant will receive a Registration number by email after the submission of the Online Registration Form. For payments by bank transfer, please proceed with payment only once you receive this number. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in payment details.

Online registration will be closed on 22 August 2018.

Registration Fees

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 30 JUNE 2018

Please note that in order to register at the member rate, your membership must be valid during the congress dates.

In case your membership is valid but expires prior to the congress, it needs to be renewed before or during the registration process. Renewing your membership at any time will extend your membership period by one year from the current expiration date.

To renew your membership during the registration process, log in as a non member and select reduced 'New ISPCAN Member + 1 year Membership' from the list of available registration fees.

  • All listed fees include local VAT 21 %
  • In order to apply for discounted member fees, you membership must be valid during the conference dates. In case your membership is valid but expires prior to the conference, it needs to be renewed before the registration process.
  • To check under which category your country belongs to, please see the list as per World Bank Country Classification
  • Please note students fees are only available for ISPCAN student members.
  • The official proof of student status (in English and valid max. 6 months prior to registration) must be uploaded during the registration
  • Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type
  • If the payment is not received in time, before the official deadline for selected fee, the latter fee will automatically apply
  • Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid
  • All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (CET/CEST)

  • Welcome reception admission
  • Congress bag with all materials
    • please note the Abstract Book (USB) and printed Final Programme booklet not included in the registration fee
    • both above mentioned items are subject of charge and to be purchased during the registration process

Onsite Registration

Please note on-site registration payments can be processed by credit cards or in cash.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Confirmation

Each participant will receive the registration overview and email notification confirming the received payment and the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form.

All fees are to be paid in EUR (€); please note that bank charges have to be paid by the delegate.

Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by registration number and participant’s full name included in payment details.

The payment by bank transfer is available until 3 September 2018 (credit/debit card payment only after this date).

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persist, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

GP webpay Payments Security Details

Payments are processed via GP webpay secure connection. GP webpay conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. These standards are designated as 3D Secure and they ensure maximum payment security.

Six Payments Security Details

Payments are processed via Six Payments secure connection. Six Payments conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements. 3-D Secure, or 3DS for short, is supported by American Express (SafeKey).

In the unlikely case of any rejected online credit/debit card payment, please log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the payment once again. Should the trouble with the payment persist, please contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online/international transactions are disabled on the credit/debit card. If so, once this is removed, the registration payment can be finalized. For any further questions please contact the Congress Secretariat.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be provided to the participants upon request, the document is not sent automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.

The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to the 20 EUR fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration

  • Until 1 July 2018 - 50 EUR administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds
  • From 2 July until 1 August 2018 50% of the fee will be refunded
  • From 2 August 2018 no refund can be processed

Cancellation of Other Bookable Items

  • Until 1 July 2018 - 20 EUR administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds
  • From 2 July 2018 - no refund can be processed

Group Registrations

Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with unique email address.

When registering more than one person under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

Data Privacy and Security

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.

We take your privacy very seriously and in order to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system. You can view it here.

After creating your user account in our system, you can manage your information, protect your privacy and security via our Online Portal that is now fully GDPR compliant.
